Moon Pie

Double stuffed Moon Pie and Offley ruby port.

I am a lover of Moon Pies, but they are not easy to find on the west coast. I found a big box of them at Costco yesterday (I didn't even know there was a double stuffed variety). I have the better part of a bottle of ruby port I got for cooking, so I've created what I suspect is a first-time pairing.
