Kerria
Daffodils are not the only yellow in my garden. I also have this kerria, a shrub which flowers in spring so this year is as late as everything else. It produces these little yellow 'mops' along the length of its branches and is a cheery site. Less cheery are the suckers it produces - you have to keep it under control. I just pull them up, pot them up - then add them to the plant stall at the annual church fete.
