Mower’s Quench

We came home from our holiday to find many windfall apples, there was a storm. Plenty of our lovely Mower’s Quench apples were fine to use, so apart from giving some to Tony, we stewed some up for juice.
I will make it into some delicious apple jelly, and I think the colour will be wonderful too!
