Hotel Luggage assistance

We were staying at an hotel in the old part of Palms and on the top floor. When it came to leave our luggage was strapped up and lowered to ground floor using an electric hoist similar to those found on some building sites.
Great idea as there were numerous steps and bends on the way down by foot.
