Dentist

MONDAY

Harriet and George stayed over last night and went down Halifax this afternoon to track down some "lost" bank accounts.

I washed Harriet's car this morning and then went over to Heckmondwike for my annual dental check up. A bit of relief on the wallet to find that no dental work is necessary.

Whilst waiting for my dental appointment news came through that Penny Mordaunt had withdrawn from the leadership race and that Rishi Sunak would become the next PM without it having to go to a vote of Conservative party members.

We had a curry for dinner before Harriet and George headed back home after their weekend away,
