Giverny

One of those days when there are so many photos to choose from, you need to add a few extras! J drove us to Bayeux via Giverny and we had a great visit there. I'm lucky enough to have been a few times before - I never tire of it as it is always different, depending on the season. It closes on November 1st until April, and was not at all busy today. Good lunch at the "Bistrot du Parking" (yup!) in Saint-Marcel, then on to Bayeux for settling in, groceries, crocheting and soup making for dinner. This view of J and his best friend, A, on the Japanese bridge makes me smile.
