Out and about

This is park opposite our house - it wasn't a factor in our buying it but I'm so grateful that it is there. It gives a feeling of being further removed from the town than we are, and I enjoy watching it change with the seasons.  There is also a group which is now looking after it - they have planted some fruit trees so it will be good to see these grow.

I took this picture this morning on my way to the school for a meeting of one the groups linked to the town's Community Action Plan. This one is focused on access to Services and Transport.  It will be interesting to see how it develops.

I passed the park again on my way into town afterwards to do a couple of errands and this evening when I headed out to Country Dancing. However on arriving at the Tryst I found had it had been cancelled. I enjoyed the walk anyhow.

I shall use the evening to get ahead with my Gaelic homework and to follow up what we did in class.  We are spending more time in conversation groups which is what I need but I felt really rusty today and so plan to write a series of imaginary conversations and/or have imaginary conversations with myself when out walking.
