Well, that was my afternoon sorted.   Supervised by Luna, who watched every move, when she wasn't watching the Moorhens that is.    There are still several bare patches where the grass died off during the drought.   
The thin green line to left of the picture is duckweed, still thickly covering the river.  I was hoping the recent heavy rains would have dispersed some of it by now.
