I managed to fall down the (stone) stairs on my way out this morning and although I don't think I broke anything, it did shake me up. I think I was in just a bit too much of a hurry and lost my balance. I will need to take it a bit easier. So I didn't make it to my nature walk which was a real shame as it was a glorious day.
