Steel Rigg

On Hadrian's wall. 
Susan came to visit, I picked her up from the train station and we had a lovely lunch and catch up at the Twice Brewed then I managed a very short distance from the car park to here to take her photograph, there is a seat half way so I stopped there both ways to ease my back, worth it for these stunning views, It's one of my favourite parts of the wall and in the distance to the right is where Ive climbed up in the past and walked all the way along that ridge you can see into the distance to Sycamore gap, I calmed the frustration of not being able to walk it by simply appreciating the fresh air and the sheer beauty of it. I love where I live.
