Moshannon State Forest, Late October

We had kicked around the idea of yet one final fall backpacking trip, possibly to Sproul, but morning motivation didn't show up for that level of adventure. So we punted, and ended up hiking for several hours at Moshannon State Forest, up above Black Moshannon State Park. Here is a picture of the path we walked down, and into the woods.
