Eclipse

Gave it a try, and results reasonable under the circumstances.
 
Top left with IR filter on the camera, and bottom right with the big stopper.  Both hand held at ISO 100.
 
The ND was 1/5000 at f/6.3, and the IR was 1/100 at f/4.1.
 
I don’t have ND of IR filters for the telephoto lens, so these were cropped in to the n’th degree with the kit lens zoomed at 105mm.  I did try to get closer, but that just didn’t seem to work . . .
