Colourful Morning

I do love the autumnal colours this time of year. The trees and the paths have so many contrasting colours with what’s left on the trees and what’s already fallen.

Took H for her morning walk. MrsT joined for the first half then had to depart for a 9am start. We met my uncle D and his two dogs.

Got a day of work planned. Slowly catching up which is nice.

Back to badminton tonight after 2 weeks off. The last time I played , I lasted 5 mins before the back went pop so hopefully no adverse reactions tonight.
