Glencoe and Glen Etive

A great first day for our photo trip to Glen Coe.  Amazing colours and spending time amid the grandeur of this landscape felt very special. My favourite photos of the day were some birch and aspen tree trunks that were stamped with black, as though they had been printed.  (The mountains were a bit special too.). 

I should have added that this was the day I slipped on the stoney shore of Loch Etive.  I wasn’t hurt but my camera was and initially I thought it was a ‘gonner’, but with some experimentation I have got it working again, but it’s definitely battered.
