Forever autumn

Monday
We caught a bus to town and walked from the west end to the grassmarket, then had a wander through greyfriars churchyard. The trees were looking beautiful in their autumn colours. Walked on round to the royal Mile and stopped for a coffee at the Hideout cafe. Had a wander around the castle esplanade - very busy with tourists.
After lunch at home, we popped over to see the family in Kirkliston, then took Dennis's car to the garage. It's been having some problems on cold and damp mornings, so they're going to look at it first thing in the morning.
Two buses home and a walk down the hill. Stopped at the library on the way.
