~Ultra Sound~

Today I had a ultra sound of my Carotid arteries.... This was a follow up from last year... 
I think they look pretty good myself.
went to the nursery and bought several plants and planted them in my secret garden. They are shade loving which I need. I decided to buy 8 plants and see how they do. My area is so big so this will be a process for a few years to finish.
