Evening stroll

I spent the day at the North Norfolk District Council offices with Heather. We were meeting with pension scheme members to discuss pensions, and answer questions or queries they had. The result? Everyone wants to retire early!!

It was a draining, intense day. We had a 20 minute rushed lunch break when we had our one and only drink of the day, which we bought in the small canteen. I had a stinking headache by 4.

Home to Jon who has developed a horrible cold over the last 48 hours. Consequently we both got little sleep last night. He slept today though. We had a walk to feed the chicken and to get fresh air. Snapped this pic.

Cooked sesame salmon, broccoli, tomatoes and soy for dinner. A tasty low fat meal.

Been sitting doing some family history research all evening. Both my family and Jon's. They are big old trees!!
