The bridge again

The river is quite a lot higher than it was.  Not surprising, considering how much rain we've had.  It was tipping down again this morning, but by the time I had to walk down to the hairdressers it was clearing, and when I emerged, it was lovely bright sunshine.

In the background, shining in the sun, is Paddy Burke's - we've eaten there twice already.

It's rained again this evening.  Oh well, Ireland would not be so green without the rain!

I slept much better last night, but it was W's turn for a disturbed night.  More negotiation with Aviva today - hopefully my car insurance is now sorted.  And more sewing.
