disembarkation day

We disembarked at 8:10 and found our cases which was a bit of a bun fights they were all over the place in our  allocated  purple area. Found the car and sat in it whilst we phoned the kennels. it goes without saying we had a bad night wondering if we would pick up jasper or just his collar and lead! 
Spoke with Carl who said Jasper was sick in Friday and when he was unable to stand he took him to the vet. He immediately put him on hydrations fluids and did blood work and sent him to the veterinary hospital in molesy where he spent 2 nights
The rain was torrential on the way home with many roads flooded. We stopped at Winchester services as planned for a coffee.
Once home threw the case in the house, picked up a crate and went off to get Ted. Git a really big hug from Carl who reassured us he had been with him all the time from when he was sick until he left him at Molesey. Took Ted  home then went off to get Jasper. I was shocked to see how much weight he had lost in a couple of days. they diagnosed gastroenteritis which in a way was a relief which means the insurance should pay out as it was nothing to do with his heart. The final boll was just under £1000
Later in the evening Carl sent a text asking how Jasper was. He calls him his sweet little boy.
later in the evening Jasper  passed what look like a piece of material in his poo. I remember him ripping up a j cloth just prior to us going away . Was that the cause I wonder
After a most awful day of rain and storms we had this orange sky as the sun set
