Fancy cabbage (Day 2726)

After a dark wander with Sigyn this morning and getting myself organised at home I headed for town to the bathroom re-fit. Having left the customer to make a decision on the way he wanted the bathroom to progress, I was fairly sure of which route he would take. I was proved correct, which means that I have to wait for some bits to arrive. I used up a bit of time running in a new cold supply for the shower. 
I collected some stuff for other jobs, then headed home for lunch. Afterwards I headed for Stromness to deal with a call out to a shower pump I had fitted a couple of months ago. The customer reported that the pump has stopped working. After a bit of a chat, I was told that the hot water cylinder was changed last week, and the pump hadn't worked since. It took five minutes to clear the air lock and the pump worked perfectly afterwards. 
Before heading back home, I stopped off to say hello to George. He was pleased to see me, but didn't want to get too close to the electric fence separating us. From there I tracked down my beautiful wife who was busy running new electric fencing in the next grazing field.
Home to get our boiler serviced and cleaned out, and to arrange work for tomorrow.
