Experimenting

I can crochet but don’t class my self as an expert but I do enjoy using scraps to make squares for blankets. However I don’t like sewing them together. So I have been researching how to join them as you go along. I think I have mastered it and I had fun with different sized squares. I then used some more scraps to make it all a bit bigger and it will now go off as a centre piece for a blanket to go to Yemen or Ukraine.

It hasn’t made a dent on the scrap yarn pile but it has brought a bit of sunshine to a very wet Sunday.
