A Great Local Wine

This sweet red wine comes from Valpollicella, which is near my home in Verona. It is an amazing wine to drink with cheese, known as a meditation wine. I'm no expert when it comes to wines but I know what I like. I love Recioto but this is not so sweet and is perfect, i think for aperitifs....

So that's what I'll be trying it with today :-)
