Home again

Docked in Southampton early this morning and then were driven back to Yorkshire, dropping husband and son off at Elland Road, Daughter-in-law and her Mum in York for a few days before Olivia and I arrived home.  The toadstools were on the lawn, a sure sign of autumn.
Got some washing in straight away then Olivia and I went out to stretch our legs and get some fresh air.
B got some very sad news - our friends’ son had collapsed and died on Friday evening, devastating for his family.
