Sunday sunrise.

Woke up in time to see this morning's sunrise and just as well as the day quickly reverted to low cloud, gloom and showers. Spent the morning on the sofa as usual while Andy cleaned the car.  In the afternoon he came for coffee so continued lying on the sofa  talking about everything under the sun.  Discovered that the black cat attacking my bird feeders is not Elmo as I had thought.  Elmo wears a red collar so I have been misjudging him.  I'm going to have to turn the hose on the intruder as it is creating havoc.  A fairly gentle sprinkle hopefully will put it off.  A certain amount of disbelief over the possible return of Boris Johnson.  He's always been a very unpopular figure in Scotland and once was more than enough for us. The question is where do we go from here ?  Surely we are reaching a place where the only way is up.
