Vouchsafe

Eventually redeemed the voucher we got last Christmas for dinner at the Peat Inn before next Christmas rolls in. We really must book earlier in the year so that we can at least drive back from the middle of nowhere in daylight.

At least I didn't photograph my Pumpkin & cider soup, warm Laganory cheese mousse, autumn truffle, toasted pumpkin seed brioche and Baldinnie quail eggs, followed by Orzo risotto, crispy egg yolk, chervil, pancetta and autumn truffle before tucking in to 12 hour braised feather blade of Scotch beef, roast sweetbreads, autumn truffles, celeriac and red wine sauce then finishing with a delice of Edinburgh bean to bar dark chocolate, almond sablé, caramel & East Neuk sea salt crémeux, milk chocolate mousse and dark chocolate sorbet.

That would be over-egging the pudding...
