High Tek

This winch is atop a building under construction. With tongue in cheek, I call it Middle East High Tek as it is three stories up. Took some very interesting photos this morning of the neighborhood. I discovered that there are several sizable cisterns in the area. There are high end dwellings as well as very much poorer buildings here and some side by side.
