Day 15, Mayia Exclusive Resort, Kiotari, Rhodes

Homeward bound today. I always feel a bit lost on the last day of our holiday, especially once we've left the room and don't have a base. This was probably the most organised we've ever been as we were packed and ready in plenty of time for the deadline.  As we left the room, we were lucky enough to see one of the porters from reception who kindly gave us a lift with our cases back to reception.  Afterwards, we pottered about around the pool, had our meals, a shower and a mad panic about the weight of the cases before the taxi picked us up and took us to the airport. This was a much better journey than the one to the hotel but the flight was terrifying as there was a storm at the side of the plane and the lightning lit up the dark plane. 
We had a fantastic holiday and I definitely recommend this hotel. It was the first adults only holiday we've had and was quiet but very relaxing. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful and did so much to make our holiday special.
