Frangipani

What is going on with Mother Nature this year?? My Frangapani trees didn't flower at all in December when they should have, but last month they started to flower! However, the weird thing is that they have lost all their leaves as is usual in autumn/winter but are still flowering!!!! Not only that, the bare branches are starting to shoot as though it's spring???? Weird.
Their perfume is still delightful though.
