Didn’t do much today. Walked into town after light lunch. Humid and rain looked imminent. Took the bus back and did this and that at home.

Made a “Livornese Bean Stew’ (upmarket bean stew - with onion, carrot, seasonings - and should have celery but forgot to buy). Pre-soaked the beans overnight. Then Ninja Pressure cooked for 30mns, and Ninja sautéd for 15mns or so. Delicious. Shall freeze ½.

Going to bed. Tired x
