Team cooking

Mum is now away with Clare for a week after we met up in Berwick. Feeling a bit giddy to have a week free of our caring responsibilities. So did we celebrate going to the pub? No, we cracked open a bottle of bubbly and cooked a fab dinner. Recipe books at the ready, I am on Ottolenghi's oven chips with feta and oregano, while Susie is on white chocolate and raspberry tartlets.
