Bounty
We are very lucky in that D works in a forest where there are loads and loads of sweet chestnuts. I keep coming home to another bag full!
It takes time to prepare and peel them, but the rewards are endless. Our favourite is a sweet chestnut and cauliflower soup - it's rich and creamy and just as warming as you could want on a cold autumn evening.
