The Tequila Challenge

When the weather finally decides to turn awesome in the Pacific Northwest there is little that can rival our clear, warm, sunny days accented with rugged snow-capped mountains, green fields, fresh air, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

The past few days have been such days and they arrived not a moment too soon after what seemed like an especially cold, wet, miserable winter and early spring. Since today was Cinco de Mayo, it was reason enough to go out for a delicious Mexican meal where we were challenged by the Tequila Man and his holster full of tequila, to knock back a few shots. (we declined, and stuck with margaritas)
