Wrist Support

Wrist pain much less so decided to use a lighter wrist support  -  you can see the original HERE  I blipped my new support by itself but then thought it looked a bit uninteresting so here's the whole setup  -  my wrist resting on a piece of white carboard on a box with my left leg beside it and my camera resting on my left knee so I could press the button with my left hand.  Why are cameras only made for right-handers:-)??
