A Morning At The Studios
We made another early start and headed for the Walt Disney Studios park and, in particular, the Spiderman Web ride which attracts long queues very quickly. We still had a 40 minute wait but it was certainly worth it: it’s one of those interactive rides where you feel part of the action firing webs from your wrists to destroy spider bots.
From there it was another longish wait for the Ratatouille ride, which was equally good, a more gent Cars road trip then Kate, Joel and Sophie went on the high-adrenaline RC Racers before we headed back to Disneyland to have another go on some of our favourite rides. Extra of Tess, Chris and Sophie enjoying a rest at the Studios.
This evening we had dinner at the Chuck Wagon cafe at the Cheyenne hotel. As you might gather from the name the whole place has a Wild West theme and is great fun. Extra shows Sophie getting into the spirit of it all
The plan was to go and see the light show in the park again, as we did on Tuesday night, but when we came out of the restaurant a thunderstorm had blow in and we were treated to a spectacular light show of nature’s own as we repaired to our hotel for a drink.p
