Drystone Wall.
The Feast Day of St John Paul the Second.
Our daughter Maria has joined Paul and me for this weekend.
It is a pleasant dry, sunny Saturday, 15c.
I enjoyed a stroll with Paul, along the canal path, going in the Church and Oswaldtwistle direction. There were a few dog walkers and two cyclists. We could see Pendle Hill and Hambledon Hill, appearing in very beautiful sunlight on the horizon line. The drystone wall above is a brilliant structure, constructed along a vast distance of the Leeds Liverpool canal. Some of it needs repairing.
Maria and Paul and me are going to watch Escape to the Country soon.
Take good care blip friends and enjoy today.
