Apples and more apples!

Barry went apple picking earlier this week at the organic farm/veg shop where he has been volunteering through the summer. He was paid with apples, as many as he wanted to take, they have tons(literally) this year. He has brought these home and will now put them into proper storing trays to keep as long as possible, hopefully right through the winter into the spring. They are beautiful eaters. I'm not a fan of whole apples but these are delicious; tasty and juicy. Hopefully they will  encourage me to become more apple loving.
