The Twilight Fairy

Transparent waterproof inks give this glow and how I love the way they blend, run and flow.   The effects can be partially controlled by tilting the
artwork when wet, blowing the ink through a straw & so on, but mostly
it is leaving nature to do her thing, let it dry and enhance whatever takes
your fancy with waterproof pens for linework.   Yupo paper is great for this.
