Autumn in the Mini Meadow

It's been a housework morning followed by a trip into Bradford to Boots the Chemist to have blood samples and health measurements taken.  I've signed up to the NHS research study, 'Our Future Health'.  Apparently, all is okay apart from my cholesterol which is a little higher than it should be, so fewer sugary/pastry treats then!  It's a while since I've walked around the City Centre and I lost myself a couple of times, but I had left enough time for my appointment and picked up a couple of books from Waterstones en route.

The mini meadow is on its way out now but I'm leaving seedheads for the birds and will mow it flat next month.
