The Little Leaf Linden tree blooming...
...in front of the library in the perfect sky on a perfectly comfortable spring day.
I love this tree in all seasons. The leafing out, the seed heads, the full green leaves followed by their fall colour.
All the flowering trees are showing off all over the village. It is not easy selecting today's tree blip. But she wins.
No complaints are heard escaping anyone's lips about the weather. 21º C every day. No rain... or snow, of course. Well I have heard a wee bit of grumbling coming from the clerks who have to work inside. And a little worry from a few people whoare grumbling that we do not have rain and none is predicted... oh dear.
I just toodle around on my mobility scooter with watering can at hand to give the young trees and bushes a drink/ This afternoon for the first time I have noticed some fainting from the established pulmonaria (a.k.a. Lungwart). They may need a drink too since no rain is in the 10 day forecast. This is unusual for us.
Joy, joy. joy the flowers shot in unison!
