Yesterday was a busy day Keith sister is here as her and partner has things to sort out.

While she was here she is visiting Keith and as she drives we are taking Rocky with us which will be nice for both Keith and Rocky has have not seen each other for quite a few months.

And I got a text from the doctors to say my blood showed that I am diabetic and need to see the nurse for a chat.
