Raw chutney

A miserably wet and grey day today so time to make use of the end of season produce to make chutney. Mainly green tomatoes.

It took a long time of constant stirring to avoid the mixture sticking and burning. However the house was warm and the aroma pervaded everywhere. When a friend called round in the afternoon and I opened the door, her comment on entering was to enquire if chutney was being made.

We’ll need to wait a few weeks to let it settle and mature before sampling. Will the new Prime Minister still be in place?

On a positive note I managed to get Wordle in two attempts. I got lucky. First time in over 200 days of playing the game.
