Batsford Blipmeet

We arrived at Batsford Arboretum in pouring rain and retreated to the cafe where we found Hildasrose & Rob, Pipnat51, Chrispybox, StevenG & Gill and Fitzbilly & Mrs FB.

After brunch we walked round the arboretum where the rain hadn't eased off.  The rain and soft light does bring out the colours however.  I think they will be better in a week.

It did dry off eventually and the sun tried to come out.

It was a lovely day,  livened up by the news from Westminster
