A very wet walk this morning, just enough to empty the dog.  I was nevertheless exhausted and we took shelter in the church porch on the way back for me to recover.  Biskit had a good sniff around as you can see.  On Flickr there is a shot of ‘Biskit’s thoughts’ about puddles – to be circumnavigated!!
 
We’ve had some real rain today, about 25mm.  Unfortunately our weather station only recorded 16mm confirming my suspicions that a new sensor is required.  More expense.
 
Very good news at half past one this afternoon – I’ve put the Union Jack back up to celebrate.  The only trouble is what/who will be the replacement.
