Up early because M had an appointment  at the Clininc for what he thought was a 'treadmill test' but turned out to be just an ECG which  was normal as we expected.

I took Fletch for a walk along Buccleuch dock. Once it was a hive of industry with ships and a row of huge cranes. Now the dock is empty apart from an inspection boat for the off shore wind farm. ( see extra)

Part of the fence has blown down so Blip is of the view looking through to the town. The wasteland in the foreground has been ear  marked for a Marina Village.  The plan is for up market apartments, houses, hotels and restaurants with mooring for yachts etc all along the dock side. 
 They are hoping to start work next year. Its relying on a Givernment grant, some shall see.
