Proud!

I didn't sleep too well last night, mostly as I was up every couple of hours tracking my brother who was competing in his first IRONMAN in Australia. A 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride and then 42.2km (marathon distance) run!
Well we are all very proud of him as he completed it in under 12 hours and although we weren't able to cheer him on from the sidelines, we were cheering him on from the other side of the world!

Had a lovely afternoon with friends at a BBQ. Good company, food and drinks and impeccably behaved children made for a real pleasurable day!
