Chris Whitty……

……dropped into the vaccine hub this afternoon! Totally unexpected, accompanied by our chief nurse and small entourage. I was thinking his face looked familiar, but couldn’t understand why he’d want to visit our hub. Apparently we’ve been nominated for being the first Trust to start the Covid vaccine programme in December 2020. We had our photos taken with him, that’ll go on the Trust website. A very unassuming chap.
It took us a while to settle ourselves from the unexpected surprise.
