Happy 17th Birthday

to my beautiful daughter, Bethan.

She wasn't due until 11th May, but all the way through my pregnancy my husband said that he wanted the baby (we didn't know what we were having) born on 5th May (5/5), as it's an easy date to remember. Typical daddy's girl, she arrived on the 5th as requested :)

We had a lovely family meal out earlier and then she spent the afternoon with Holly, who she has been friends with since the day that they started reception class. They went on to different schools at the age of 12, but have remained really good friends. Holly bought around a hand decorated box of presents, the tiny bottle containing the stars in the photo is Beth's favourite.

& bath bombs

She is also getting my old car, whether I will be brave enough to take her out in it is another matter!!!!
