Encounters

We decided to have a walk at the Bridestones today and enjoy the Autumn colours. With high winds forecast we felt today was the day.

We first encountered a couple from London who asked for directions back to the car. They were taken aback as to how quiet the area was. We then met a family visiting from Switzerland. The children were a little nervous of Jet but soon were stroking him. They also liked the idea of him being black like Whitby Jet.

The main shows the rocks which characterise the area and the extras just a flavour of the Autumn delights encountered on the way round.
