Getting ready!

Today has been very wet and totally miserable!! That did mean that we didn't travel too far,  so I decided to make some Christmas puddings.  I used a Delia Smith recipe that I have used before and it made 3 puddings, I used 1 pint pudding basins. I cooked the first one in the slow cooker, the second one is cooking now, and the third will be cooked tomorrow. Unfortunately only 1 will fit in the slow cooker at a time.  The photo is of the cooked pudding,  it's at the front,  and the uncooked pudding is at the back. We'll use one on Christmas Day, and the others will probably become gifts.
