Celebration Day

We called it "muck up day" but these guys just seem to love their school and their teachers way too much to want to do anything destructive....the worst of it was glitter on the fans and confetti made from tiny pictures of the staff. The teachers cooked them breakfast and then watched 30minutes of video put together by C and one of the other school captains...I'm sure teachers are not paid enough to compensate for this...some of the camera technique left us with motion sickness after watching only a few minutes. Apparently there were cheers when the AP who is on secondment at BHS arrived to share part of the day. C did an amazing job speaking at the assembly and the respect that the students and teachers have for each other was so obvious to see. And so now a few more weeks of nose to grindstone and 13 years will be done.
